Total Rip offs


Customer service is horrible as well as the internet billing service. I have been hit with overdue charges every single month for these past 3 to 4 months. Each month they call me about my account. I call in and speak with someone about the balance they say I am overdue on, great, I unhappily pay that amount. They call me again the next month about my account to once again saying i am overdue on my payment. This time they say that i did not fully pay the amount of the previous month and some other crap they basically added on for their benefits. Please DO NOT get any service with at&t they do not care nor consider their loyal customers. They are big rip offs! I am canceling my internet service, early termination fee which is 100bucks and some. Total rip offs! Never again.
