At&t horrible customer service resolving problems - AT&T U Verse

I was promised by many representing the company credits necessary to my account but never resolved. Their customer service is rude, not trained in communicating with customers and service is slow, and after spending way too many hours on the phone with tech support and customer service i cancelled bc they do horrible business. No wonder they are sooooo cheap. You don't even get what you pay for.
