Poor customer service


I spoke with customer representative on February 14, 2915 regarding a letter for $50.54 stating my serivce was to be cut off by 2/12/15 advise received my letter on 2/13/15 after the date at which point i did not have time to call as when I Finally did the office was close on 2/13/15. When finally speaking with representative on advise the letter and never getting an statement about the bill or email so I could call she placed me on hold to review with manager to see if they would reactive my account , when she came back in the online advising she would not be able. At the point I became upset requesting to speak with someone higher up as I had just received the bill regarding this issue she advise me there was nothing else they could do and began to over talk me at which point I became very upset advising that I'm the customer and they are to let us speak . I then advise I was a supervisor for my job and we do not let our representatives speak like that to customers . The representative then stated " your a supervisor and you speak like this "? I advise to put a manager on the phone immediately. At that point I was placed on hold and within 5 minutes later manger came on the. Advise of the isse at hand and how the representative spoke with me asked to listen to call and wanted a call back , she stated she would review with representative but would not be able to call back at it becomes an internal affair. Also was advise there was nothing they could do about the statement and the issue . Inform that I would be filing an complaint regarding this call and will look elsewhere for services !
