Firstly getting a service representative for Oklahoma is impossible. You have to be transferred 4 or 5 times before you actually get to the right person. I moved to Ada, OK in December of 2014. I was told an installer would be here on 12/24/14 to install my internet. They never showed up until 12/29/14. The installer was Fred Grant. With no explanation of why they never came on 12/24 as I was originally told, he installed the internet. When he came to the door to give me paperwork, he told me that the Direct TV line that had been installed should have been buried underground as the way it was installed created a trip hazard. He said that he had put a work order in for the internet wiring to be buried and that they would bury the Direct TV cable at the same time. At the end of January 2015, no one had come to bury the wiring and no one had called. I started trying to call AT&T customer service and have been told on several occasions that someone would be out to evaluate what needed to be done. No one ever came. I live in a duplex that provides landscaping and you guessed it, the cut my internet cable with the lawnmower. I finally got in touch with someone by the name of Gina on 8/6/15 and she scheduled someone to be here on 8/7/15 between 8am and 8pm. Who can take 12 hrs off to be available only to be told by technician ( Shane no last name on paper) when he arrives that someone else will have to come to bury the line and that it will be another 2 weeks for this. He also said that there was no record of any request for the line to be buried. Again, I have called numerous times. I also called Fred Grant back and left him a voice mail in January and February telling him that no one ever came to bury the line. It has been such an awful experience that I am going to change my cell phone service that I have had for over 20 years and my internet service.
