AT&T allows account hijacking - AT&T DSL Internet


On multiple occasions, AT&T has changed the service for businesses I work with without permission from the business. The business's internet will go out or they will notice an increase in their bill they did not authorize. When they call-in, AT&T will say that a 3rd party marketing company made the change or they will give the name of someone who does not work for the company and who is often not known by the company. Evidentally, you can just call AT&T and give them an address and, if you get the right person, they will change the service for that address. AT&T is the last company you want to use for your business internet.
