    Firstly getting a service representative for Oklahoma is impossible. You have to be transferred 4 or 5 times before you actually get to the right person. I moved to Ada, OK in December of 2014. I was told an installer would be here on 12/24/14 to install my internet. They never showed up until 12/29/14. The installer was Fred Grant.   • Total Rip offs

    Customer service is horrible as well as the internet billing service. I have been hit with overdue charges every single month for these past 3 to 4 months. Each month they call me about my account. I call in and speak with someone about the balance they say I am overdue on, great, I unhappily pay that amount.     I spoke with customer representative on February 14, 2915 regarding a letter for $50.54 stating my serivce was to be cut off by 2/12/15 advise received my letter on 2/13/15 after the date at which point i did not have time to call as when I Finally did the office was close on 2/13/15.     I have been paying for high speed internet for over a year, lured into it in order to get a manageable bill. However, I learned last week--on a call responding to a whopping increase in my bill--that the modem they installed last year can't support the speed I was paying for.   • Internet upgrade snafu

    Had my ATT internet service repaired recently. Service tech (on 1st and 2nd outage repairs) says an upgrade from 1.5M to 3M or 6M is possible. Cable splicer (on 2nd outage repair) says yes, it can be done. Internet repair service rep says yes, it can be done. Sales originally said "within 24 hours". After 2 days, sales says "someone is working on it". Repeated calls (over 25 days) and sales still says "someone is working on it".   • Worst Internet Service in the Southeastern USA

    I have had AT&T as my internet service provider for years, unfortunately because this is the only provider aside from Comcast in my area. (Comcast isn't any better) Every time there is a raindrop within 100 miles the DSL goes out, or a clap of thunder, a lightning strike a leaf falling from a tree, a dog barking, a vehicle with a loud muffler, or people yelling at each other the internet goes down.     1. Install changed to family room - not functional for me! All equipment is in my office - i.e., fax, medical alert. 2. Son gave me a Medical Alert kit.     This internet is complete trash, cuts out so there is absolutely no service at night. It gets to the point that I consider a dial-up connection to be better. Have had hour long time-periods where the internet simply doesn't work and occurs every night from about 11pm until around 6am.     I started with AT&T's 3.0 Mbps plan, then upgraded to the 6.0 Extreme. The most I've ever got on a speed test was 3.2 Mbps download speed. Nearly every day I have to unplug the AT&T router, unplug my wireless network router to re-set them like AT&T's support people advise you to do.     I signed up for At&t internet service on Dec 5,2013 after I switched to Direct TV because my Direct TV salesman stated that AT&T internet was the only internet provider that worked properly with Direct TV.     I try, I really do. I've been so loyal to AT&T since dial up! Each year that passes by, the internet gets more expensive and the quality just gets crappier!     A Nightmare! Recently, I have noticed that instead of getting 3.0 MPS I get sometimes less then 0.5. Youtube video do not start or it takes a minute for them to start playing 44 seconds or so and buffers forever. I called to AT@T Technical support. Of course, got no help.     I have had AT@T U-verse services in another state. I moved to Oklahoma 10 months ago and they encouraged me to use Direct TV as a substitute service for television services.     On multiple occasions, AT&T has changed the service for businesses I work with without permission from the business. The business's internet will go out or they will notice an increase in their bill they did not authorize.     I purchased AT&T Internet service January 21, 2013. There were a couple of "bumps" at first but AT&T solved them very quickly and the service people were very polite and helpful.     I have faced the worst dsl customer service ever, not once but always. When I took dsl service the customer care person assisted me in selecting a plan. She guided me wrong.     Terrible customer service. Internet has been down numerous times and consequently, we have called AT&T many times -- their customer service is the worst. Regret the days that I have to call them. Have to wait minimum of 30-40 minutes on hold EACH time. When I finally reach them, they say I have 15 MBPS, when its actually no more than 2 or 3 mbps. Ridiculous.
